About Us
Who is Embryo Donation International (EDI)?
Embryo Donation International (EDI) was started as a subdivision of Specialists In Reproductive Medicine & Surgery, P.A., which opened in 1991. Our goal here at EDI is to reduce the number of embryos discarded or abandoned by encouraging these embryos to be donated to individuals and couples longing to become parents in a cost-effective manner. We do not discriminate against those donating or receiving embryos with respect to religion, ancestry, marital status or sexual preference. We turned this philosophy into Embryo Donation International.
We have been transferring donated embryos since 2001, making us one of the oldest embryo donation programs in the US. Our experience, expertise and ethics allow both donors and recipients to have great confidence in our donation process.
